At Allis Baby, customer satisfaction is everything. That's why we offer a simple and straightforward return policy.

How to Return an Item

  • Contact our friendly customer service team at info@allisbaby.co.uk to start the return process. Please include your order number and why you'd like to return the item.
  • You'll receive a return authorization number and instructions to help make the process as smooth as possible.

Important Details

  • You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and include all original packaging to be eligible for a refund.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We suggest using a shipping method that includes tracking and insurance.
  • Once we receive your return, we'll process your refund back to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

A Few Exceptions

  • For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been used, washed, or damaged.
  • Sale or clearance items are not eligible for returns.

Faulty Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or faulty, please contact our customer service team right away with a description and photos. We'll do our best to quickly provide a replacement or refund.
